I pulled up the website for the bus line from Florence into Siena and opened the pdf with the timetables.
I'm trying to determine if the bus runs on Saturdays or Sundays and I'm not sure I am reading the table correctly.
Does anyone know?

Flixbus has multiple connections for that route on weekends (50 - 65 minutes).
