Need to be at Dublin airport by 7am on 10/30 for 10am flight. Traveling from Belfast (Europa Hotel). Suggestions?
If I had stayed the night in Belfast I'd catch the translink bus down from Europa Bus Station at 0500 arriving at 0715.
The previous one is at 0300 arriving at 0515

Or there is an aircoach at 0340 from Glengall Street (outside Europa Bus Station) arriving at 0530- https://www.aircoach.ie/timetables/705X
But really I would rather catch any of the 3 operators (the other is Dublin Express) down the previous night when all three are on a frequent timetable and stay at Dublin Airport overnight, given the long flight next day.
Head to Dublin night before as you’ll need to be at the airport 3 hours before your early morning international flight departure.
There are two hotels on the airport grounds a short distance from the bus terminal, with shuttle service to the airport terminals, both with restaurants. I'd rather wake up at the airport, but you might prefer a last evening in Belfast.
Others on this thread may know better, but I have a similar situation coming up (the end of the RS Best of Ireland tour) and have booked the Dublin Express bus leaving at 6:25, arriving T2 at 8:15 for an 11 a.m. flight. (I have Global Entry and Sky Priority, which I hope will make for a smooth process at the airpor.t.) There’s also a 5:25 departure. You board at Glengall Street (opposite the Europa Bus Centre) and can choose either Dublin Terminal as your end point. The website is dublinexpress.ie. I believe this is a new service.
