Bus or Guide from Seville to Donana Nat'l Park, Spain

Am planning a trip to southern Spain using trains & bus. Has anyone taken a bus from Seville to Donana Nat'l Park that arrives in time for the 4 hr tour? Or can you recommend a reasonable driver / guide to take us there?
