How difficult is it to take a bus from Dubrovnik to Mostar? Has anyone gone recently (June 2007)and encountered construction traffic that has delayed your travel time?

We haven't gone recently, but we traveled this route in August 2005 and encountered no problems with traffic. However, if you have heard that there is construction going on , I can see how that might cause a delay since I remember a lot of the roads being only 2 lanes. I also remember that Mostar was probably the hottest place I'd ever been to on earth. :-)
