Bus between Madrid and Toledo

What is the best bus from Madrid to Toledo. I am getting confused between Alsa bus from Plaza Elipitical bus station and Continental Bus from Mendez Alvaro bus station. Which is the best and/or correct one?

Spain has a number of private bus companies. Not sure it makes much difference. Use the one with the best schedule. We used the bus from the Alvaro bus station and it dropped us at the town square in Toledo..
