Has anyone had any good or bad experiences booking through budgetair.com? They are currently coming up about $300 cheaper than booking directly through the airline and they include our bags. Thanks.
No personal experience--- had not heard of them until your post--- found this:
Do your research BEFORE you commit your money, is my best suggestion
Good story Joe. A good illustration of why I only book directly with an airline.
I do like to do research with 3 rd party websites but do book directly. Better that way if I have problems as they will help me directly and not send me elsewhere.
I search around everywhere, but only book direct with an airline. Sometimes calling them can help you get a better deal like you saw online with a third party.
Expedia and Travelocity are both 3rd party sellers that have been successful for years. They has some sort of support, but if things go wrong, having purchased from the airline directly is a faster and often more satisfactory solution. For hotels, Booking is a 3rd party.
These 3 offer rewards and loyalty programs, so they get millions of users.
Because they are part of our day to day world now, many don't consider that they too are 3rd party sellers, and it doesn't have to be a dirty word or shady deal.
Reported poster caro.serich (post above Maria's for the time being) as 3 of the 4 posts from this person are weird links. 2 about budget airlines and one about flush toilets for pity's sake.
Nice link, joe32f.
