I am attempting to book online rail tickets from Budapest to Vienna within the next 2 months. I am using the website www.oebb.at. The departure station is Budapest- Keleti. The arrival station is Wien- Meidling. The train line is RAILJET non-stop. The details of the train journey come up on the screen, however every single day I request comes up Not Available. I seem to be doing something wrong. Any solutions? Perhaps I am not eligible to book from Canada.

You can only book 60 days out, the same thing happened to me. Happy Travels!!
Only problem with that answer is that I get the same response if I try to book for next week or in December. A few years ago, Austrian Rail would not show a price online, or book, for any connection that ended in another country. Although they now show ticket prices for route into Germany, Switzerland, and the CR, maybe they still don't have that agreement with Hungary. You might try calling them.
I am in Budapest now . Got here a week ago and bought tickets on MAV Hungarian rail website . 60 days is the window , buying online is a piece of cake . You get a ten digit code that allows you to pick up the tickets at a blue machine in the station. Go to MAV website for details . It could not have been easier . Also , some of the trains go to Westbahnhof if that is easier for you
Dianne, I'm not sure what the issue could be then. I would def email or call them. I emailed them a question and they responded back fairly quickly.
Steven, Good to know, we arrive in about two weeks and I was wondering about picking up the tickets.
@Linda and Dianne , Keleti is a head in station . If you stand with your back to the tracks , facing the main entrance , the blue collection machines are flanking the entrance ,along with cash machines .MAV has detailed English instructions for using them on the website . Quite simple really .
