Which of these 2 options from BUD into town provide the best value? 1) Shuttle (T2 to T1) for direct rail to Nyugati OR 2) Bus 200E from terminal 2 to K?bánya-Kispest metro stop. Arriving at noon so time is not super critical. Thanks!

I've taken the bus and metro option between Budapest and the airport. It's very inexpensive and it worked fine. As I recall, there weren't a lot of stairs to navigate. If you choose that option, you'll need 2 transit tickets - one for the bus and another for the metro. The train started running just after my last visit to Budapest, so I can't comment from experience on that option. My guess is that it's much like the Leonardo or Gatwick Express trains - more expensive, but convenient for visitors.
