Has anyone taken the Central Station new underground passageway that links the lower concourse level directly with the shopping mall at St. Hubert Galleries? I read this info in a tour guide book. Does anyone know where the passageway starts at the train station? Any hints on if there are signs or if it is near any ticket counters? Do we leave the station and have to walk outside to find this passageway/tunnel? Is it brightly lit and safe to walk in at night?
