Any suggestions on renting a car at BRU or in France? (september of 2013) We need to arrive in BRU since we couldn't get upgrades into CDG. Hertz drop charge at CDG is 80E, but seems worth it since taking a train into Paris would be about the same for 2. The plan is to drive from BRU overnight in Honfleur 2-3 nights, then: a few more days in Normandy, a few days in Brittany a few days West Loire a few days East Loire a week into Burgundy/Alsace

To avoid the international drop off fee, take the train from BRU to Lille and pick up a car there. The 2nd class fare is 25.60 euro.
