Has anyone used this airline? What was your experience? I'm considering taking their direct Brussels to Florence flight in September.

Used them a couple of years ago to fly London to Rome via Brussels. Typical European shorthaul flight ie smaller aircraft and limited catering but nothing unpleasant to report.
The only thing about the journey that sticks in my mind was the number of shops selling chocolate at Brussels airport!

I used it two years ago for a flight from Brussels to Oslo. It was a small, older plane, but comfortable, on time, and pleasant flight staff.
