Hi travelers of earth - I hope I can help spare you all the insane 3 days I’ve had trying to buy a Britrail pass. You may see a closed forum topic from a few years ago mentioning this problem. If you have been trying to book your pass and keep receiving an error message that there is a problem with your card, when you know there is not a problem with your card and you’ve tried everything under the sun, including emailing the booking company (because there is no phone number to call), and no one ever bothers to respond to your email anyway, then take this one idiotic step: check the stupid little box that says “send me promotional material and other crap I dont want” or something to that effect. Now you can buy a bleepitybleepbleep Britrail pass. Your welcome.
