A travel friend & I are flying into London on Sept. 10, arriving 9 am, then had an afternoon flight to Prague on British Air. They have now canceled the flight due to the upcoming strike. We don't want to rebook for a few days later as we have non-refundable hotel reservations in Prague. So do we cross our fingers and hope they settle before Sept. 10? (That's just 2 weeks away.) We had a nice fare with 4.5 hours between flights - all at Heathrow.
I've looked for other Prague flights on any airline but very few fly out of Heathrow. So that means heading to another London airport. And there don't seem to be Prague flights (at a low cost) during the middle of the day. All I'm finding are flights that leave in the evening. So we'd arrive at 9 am and then fly out at 7 pm.
Any guidance?
