Brit Rail Flex Pass

Hello, Planning an extended trip to Britain I believe that this pass will work for us.Going to London, Bourenmouth, Oxford, York, Edinburgh, Lake District and flying home out of Manchester. I live in Chicago, how much lead time to purchase and what is the refund policy if this trip gets cancelled. Love your travel guides Thank you Syl

Rick Steves publishes the shipping conditions and refund conditions at http://www.ricksteves.com/rail/howtoorder.htm. Figure at least 5 days plus holidays and weekends; substantial cancellation charges.
