brit rail

I was looking at the Britrail flexi pass.It sounds like if I take the train to London from the airport and continue on to York in the same day I end up using 2 days of the pass. Is that correct? If it is it not worth it. I was thinking of getting the 4 days in 2 month pass. Our plan is to arrive at Gatwick and go straight to York for 2 nights. Then take the train to Conwy Wales area

On any given day that you use your pass you can hop on and off as many trains as you please. You will use only ONE pass day.
