We bought 10 pack tickets at Paris CDG and it worked the first night but now the rest are no longer valid. What can we do? We put the ticket through the turnstile at the metro but it says it's not valid. There was a rail lady in the booth who manually let us go through but not all metros have a person there.
It happens once in awhile, even with fresh bought tickets, but maybe the rest of the pack will be okay..and/or hope your metro stations have humans..Sorry i can't be more useful, only sympathetic
I would go to the ticket booth and try to get replacement tickets. They can see that the tickets have not been used yet. I just had one ticket this year that did not work and got a replacement, so I don't see why you couldn't do that for the rest of the carnet.
I've had this happen with the Paris Visite pass. It was easily replaced when I asked.
