Booking ITA Matrix

I found a great fare that is mixed classes on a foreign airline, using ITA Matrix.. Using the extension, or bookwithmatrix does not work. Any recommendations for a human travel agent, for modest fee, or otherwise, I can use to book? Though the airline does have a USA 800 #, past limited experience makes me think that could be endless frustration.

I was always under the impression you couldn't book with ITA Matrix...though it is my primary search tool. It was bought by Google years ago. Can you replicate it Google Flights? ....or directly on the airline site? (I'm in Canada so can't help with a travel agent).

If those standard booking sites worked, I wouldn't need to use ITA matrix in the first place!

Have you tried booking directly with the airline using "multicity" and booking each leg but on the same ticket? I have been able to do that for booking frequent flyer award tickets when other methods did not work.

The airline in question ( and most others) only allow you to choose 1 class of service for the entire journey.

People woul be better able to help you I you share the name of the airline and where you are trying to go. There may be someone who is very familiar with the “airline in question” and possible tricks for booking mixed classes.

The airline in question is Turkish... however my main question is asking for the name / website of a real travel agent experienced in booking ITA matrix itineraries with any airline.

dig around on Flyertalk, I'm sure they know that sort of travel agent. also look on the sites for CN Traveler and Travel & Leisure for recommended agents.

some folks on flyertalk recommended Propeller Travel, which has not responded to my email or voicemail...

I called Turkish, and they said a mixed class ticket can only be booked in person, at a Sales Office, they couldn't do it on the telephone. Not sure I want to drive to the airport just to find a clueless ticket agent...

How about a local travel agent near you? Do a search on "travel agent near me," and see what comes up. You may even be able to visit their office.

It does appear I can select a mixed class ticket for a r/t, but not for a multi-city (open jaw) itinerary
