We are having trouble looking for a train for Sunday, September 19 that goes from DisneyLand Paris train station (Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy) to Interlaken West. We are thinking we will have to change trains (which is fine with us), but we don’t see that some dates even in august are posted/not available to book due to trains not being available.
Is this true? It is causing us concerns as we are wanting to make sure that this will be possible.

What site are you using to search? I looked on the sncf website and found multiple departures just for Aug 1. I think right now schedules aren't being fully released as early as in preCOVID times. (60 days maybe??)
the two points aren't such an easy link. You may find it easier to look now and then wait for trains to be released closer to your time. Covid is still very prevalent so rather than change things many times the release dates are much shorter.
You could go into Paris by RER, change stations and go via TGV to Geneva or Basel, the onwards; or take a TGV from the land of the Mouse to Strasbourg and get a train to Basel and then onwards.
You won't find one train linking the two places.
