Planning to take overnight train from Prague to Basel and on to Interlaken on Monday June 28th with my wife and three children. Does anyone know if it is possible to pay for the sixth seat/couchette.
On Bahn.de, I am finding good fares but it does not seem to allow me to book for more than five persons??

I've never purchased tickets by phone from German Rail, but they say you can. I have phoned them twice for information at (49) 1805 996633. The first time, although I speak some German, I thought, if the person on the other end spoke English, it would be easier, so I asked (in German), "do you speak English?" The woman said, "Moment" and put me on hold for a few minutes until an English operator came on line (all I really wanted was for her to speak English, if she could). The second time, I just spoke German and got the answer I needed, so I can't say for sure that they always get an English speaking operator.
