Blu-express just emailed that our flight out of Istanbul next Wed. now arrives at 11pm (into Rome) rather than the reasonable 5pm arrival when we booked. There don't appear to be sane alternatives so it looks like we'll need to make this work.
We're thinking that the time means a cab from FCO, yes? And it's about an hour? ...meaning we'll need to alert our hotel (and hope they will let us arrive that late).
Anything else we should be thinking about as we scramble to adjust?

It looks like Blu has permanently changed their schedule - I checked what they now have onsite and every day in May that I checked is now this later (and much less desirable) timeframe. Oddly, their former, nicely-timed slot is what Turkish Air now flies ... at 400+ euro per head (seat). I wonder if TA had something to do with Blu slipping their schedule.
I was stressing about this (and still am, a bit) until I read the posts about the BA disruption. When we came thru Heathrow on Tuesday there were letters about the upcoming strike on all the BA check-in desks. Compared to that level of disruption the prospect of a late night cab trip doesn't look so bad.
