Today it was announced that Lufthansa will begin operating out of STL in 2022 - direct flights from The Lou to Frankfurt! Of course, I'd still be willing to connect through another city if the price is right. But this is great news for our airport.

That’s great news for us west coasters who have family near St. Louis where we can combine a trip to visit family with a jaunt to Europe!

This is great news. If only a major airline would open up that direct STL to London flight again - I would be a happy camper.
