Big ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari, It

Is there a place at the ferry terminal in Dubrovnik to store our luggage during the day? Is there an actual waiting room for us to wait in?
Also, what kind of transportation is available once we get to Bari? I mean from the ferry terminal to the train station.
