Best way to arrive from London to Amsterdam

Recently searching easyjet, the cheapest airline tickets found for two travelers, 88 uk pounds.

Is there any other way to get to Amsterdam cheaper!?

We arrive at Heathrow Airport in London on Aug 3rd and plan on leaving to Amsterdam on Aug 5. (I know last minute)

Anyways, when we purchased the airline ticket in advance from LAX to London in Jan the ticket was only $550.00 we later find out that the Euro Global Railpass does not include England!

Please help, first time travelers to Europe!!!

Once we get to Amsterdam we will be using the rail pass to go around to Amsterdam, Berlin, Vienna, Italy, Switzerland, Paris, back to London!

Any tips for saving money... places to enjoy... anything.

If your saying it's 88 pounds total for two people, you're not going to find anything cheaper than that. Another option would be by train. You can take the Eurostar from London St Pancras station to Brussel-Midi station, and then transfer to an intercity train to Amsterdam. Travel time is about 6 hours, fares would be about 80 euros a person.
