I will be traveling in Turkey next year, but afterwards would like to go to Paris. What is the best method of transportation? I cannot find a train from Turkey.....Actually I cannot find anything. Please help!

For train schedules, you can go to www.bahn.de, they show trains leaving daily, it takes 3 changes and 2 days to get there, 2 days on a train is not my definition of "best" but some may be in it for the experience. There are of course flights, few budget ones, but certainly faster. A third option is a combination, maybe Train to Athens, then a budget flight to Paris. Bahn will not show prices, RailEurope may, but so may the French National Rail site (www.scnf.com) For flights, any search engine will do, WWW.whichbudget.com may point you to which budget carriers fly Istanbul/Paris.
If best means quickest, fly. For detailed info on two train routes, go here: http://seat61.com/Turkey.htm You can no longer travel into Greece by train, all international train service to Greece has been canceled. I suppose you could go by bus, but I wouldn't! Check Eurolines if you would.
Istanbul to Paris by train: 48 hours Istanbul to Paris by air: 3 hours 40 minutes Who knows about prices next year, but right now Turkish Air has 4 non-stop flights daily from Istanbul to Paris, as well as the best price ($357).
