I keep fiddling with my Ireland/Northern Ireland plans and am now thinking of heading straight to Belfast after flying into Dublin. My flight into Dublin gets in around 11 pm, so I was thinking of staying near the airport and heading to Belfast first thing in the morning. This would be on a Monday or Tuesday and the Air Coach to Belfast seems the most straightforward and economical route, but I'm wondering about traffic. Is morning traffic likely to be bad enough to make it worth detouring slightly into Dublin and picking up the train instead?
