I've been scouring the Web for some time now looking for the best deal on our summer trip to Central Europe. I just found a really good deal, at least compared to others I've been seeing, on bt-store.com. Has anyone had any experience -- good or bad -- with this site? Its full name is "Best Travel Store." I had some difficulties dealing with established companies while booking last year's trip, so I'm a little hesitant of this one, obviously, but thought I'd check in with the experts. Thanks!

Though I have not used this travel site, I would be hesitant to use sites like these, especially ones that I don't recognize the name. I use sites such as expedia or travelocity to see where prices are being advertise, then go directly to airline to book travel. You need to be aware that these type of sites have extra charges, such as booking charges etc..plus, if you ever have a problem, its easier to go directly to the airline.

This site showed a final price that included all taxes and fees that was actually lower than the price I found on the airline's direct Web site, which is what made me hesitate. I prefer to deal directly with the airlines, particularly after having a bad experience with Travelocity last year, but have just been having an awful time finding reasonable prices for our trip so far.
