We will be driving from Dingle to the Cliffs of Moher later this month...depending on the website (ie Via Michelin) I have been given different options. #1: Dingle to Tarbert then Ferry then up the Coast #2 Dingle to Limerick to Ennis then to the Cliffs. Anyone driven these routes?? Any recommendations?? Thanks! Tara :-)

Absolutely take the Tarbert route! It cuts 85 miles off of the trip vs. going around through Limerick. Besides, the ferry crossing is fun -- and only takes about 20 minutes to make the crossing. Our B&B host suggested this to us when we were headed south from the Cliffs area.
