Bernina Express Tickets

I am in Italy, trying to buy tickets for the Bernina Express, round trip from Tirano to St. Moritz on August 8. The web site gives me the seats I want, but won't issue tickets except by mail (no help here). Is there a way to get them to issue an e-ticket for pickup at the station? A way to contact them directly, perhaps. Many thanks in advance. David D

On the Rhätische Bahn website (rhb.ch) you make reservations separately from ticket purchase. So you should be able to make the seat reservations alone and purchase the tickets at Tirano. You can also ride the regional trains traveling the same route without reservations; just but at the station before boarding the train. You could do that in one direction at least.
