We are traveling on the Bernina express from Chur toTirano in June. We will be reserving seats. Are there any seat locations that are better than others?

Kathleen, You'll probably be riding on one of the Panorama cars with the large windows, so all the seats will be about the same. I believe they offer open cars at certain times of the year, but that may be a bit "chilly" in June. Getting photos from the cars is sometimes a bit of a challenge because of glare from the glass. If you're using a DSLR, a Circular Polarizer may help with that. Happy travels!

You will love the Bernina Express. We took the William Tell out of Lucerne over to Lugano. Then we took the Bernina Express out of Lugano and ended up in Zurich. Both trips (buses, trains and boats) were wonderful.
