A buddy and I plan to take an overnight train from Bern to Rome on the 6th of June. We have eurail passes, but I'm wondering what the best way to make reservations for couchettes is. I'm looking at DB bahn and have ed a route (Bern 18:34-Rome 04:54), but when I go to raileurope.com to book reservations, it does not list this option. Could I call DB bahn and book the two reservations (1 to milano, 1 sleeper to rome) or should I wait until I get to europe and book from a ticket office in another country (is this even possible?).
