I will be traveling from Berlin to Salzburg to London. The research I've done looks like the price is actually less to fly than take a train. With that in mind, what is the best way to get to the Berlin airport (Tegel) for a 7:15 am flight and to the Salzburg airport for a 6:15 am flight? How early do I need to be at each airport for checkin? Also - could you recommend a hotel in Salzburg? i will not be spending a lot of time in the room so would prefer less expensive. I am thinking one in the town center would be best - and i would like to have one that is not the typical chain type hotel. I realize this is asking a lot and am willing to compromise on any of these points! Thank you.
