Belgium is a big place.

The trip from Brussels to Luxembourg is just over 3 hours on a high speed train. (Not the highest but faster than regional.)

Are you aware that all pubic transportation in Luxembourg (the country)--trams, trains, buses--is free?

Since you want to train from Belgium to Luxembourg, the website to check is not the one from the German railway company mentioned in this topic. The website to check and to buy tickets from is the website of the Belgian railways: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en

The train the OP plans to take will be operated by the Belgian railway company NMBS/SNCB, not by Deutsche Bahn. The website of the Belgian railway company shows up to date information about train schedules, track works, delays etc for all Belgian trains. The website of the Belgian railway company has an English version and accepts foreign credit cards. In this case there is no need to involve a middle man to obtain information about train travel in Belgium and certainly not to buy tickets.

the train on that line is direct and only stops several times. High speed isn't what I'd call it. But reliable and pleasant. Be sure which station you need in Brussels, at one time it originated at Gare Luxembourg, near the EU district. There have been trains from more major stations. Just check carefully.

The official webpage of CFL who provide integrated transport in Luxembourg has a section on station services at Gare de Luxembourg.

You will see that there are luggage trolleys and a Baggage Counter (where you hand it to a person over a counter, and later retrieve it from a person at the same counter) but not lockers. Scroll down about half way.

Look carefully though and notice that they DO have a parachute.
