Belgium-Passes

I might be in Belgium for 4 days of sight seeing and was wondering if there are any passes that give you discounts to museums, tourist attractions, transportation? Right now I'm guessing I will be in Brussels for 2 nights and Bruges for 2 nights. I might just decide to stay in Brussels the entire time and use the train to go places since Bruges is only about an hr away (I believe).

Also when do the crowds get bad? I'm guessing May would be ok.

For about 70 euro, you can buy a pass that gives you 10 individual domestic trips on the Belgian rail system. You can buy it at any train station.

The only attractions that really ever get crowded or experience long lines in Belgium are the few popular ones that have a relatively small, fixed capacity. Examples include the belfry in Bruges, the Adoration of the Blessed Lamb in Ghent, the Rubenshuis in Antwerp or the Atomium in Brussels.
