There was that David Letterman Late Show episode years ago, where he (deliberately) drove a rented convertible thru a car wash, with the top down. He did get maximum insurance when renting the car.
Many years ago, I was following the OnStar GPS directions to visit Pearl Harbour. The GPS directed me to the security gate for the restricted area. We were treated like potential terrorists before being allowed to u-turn and leave.
