We'll be leaving Bath for Heathrow Airport in a couple months following Rick Steve's Villages of South England Tour. Any suggestions for easy mass transportation between the two places that would get us to the airport by noon? Thanks.

National Express runs a direct service from Bath to Heathrow with no changes. Takes a little over 2 hours.
