We will be disembarking from a cruise early morning in Barcelona, then catching the 9PM overnight Trenhotel train to Paris. Anyone know if there is any provision from the station or railroad to dump off our bags for the day while we go sightseeing?
I was in Barcelona a few years ago & used the station's baggage storage system. I recall that it was fairly easy to use and very convenient!
I did a quick search and found this site, hopefully it will be useful.

You will love Barcelona, try and make it to the La Boqueria on La Rambla de Sant Josep (Metro: Liceu, (Green Line, L3)) It is a great way to try Spanish food you will be spoiled for choice!
Gen, thanx for the info! I was becoming discouraged by the lack of replies as we leave in a few weeks. The website you recommended is a great source of info. Not sure how I missed it with Google. Thank you also for including the dining suggestion. We will definitely seek it out.
Thanx again and best regards,
Paul
I was glad to find this info as I too will be in Barcelona in a few weeks. We will be coming in on the night train from Granada at 9:30, then would like to take a bike tour which meets at 11:00. So this will be easier than leaving our bags at the hotel first. One question: will the lockers at the train station accommodate large bags like the Rick Steves classic bag when fully loaded? Oh, and I believe the station I will be coming into is the Sants station. Is that the same one you have experience with, Gen?
Thanks in advance for your response.
Liz
UPDATE: I've learned that our train will operate out of Estació de França. Anyone familiar with storing baggage at this station? We leave on our trip Thursday, 04 OCT.
