Hi there, Me and 3 other friends are travelling from Barcelona on the 18th July to Valencia for 2 nights, then trying to make our way across to Lagos on the 20th July. I have found train tickets from Barcelona to Valencia on the Renfe website, but there are several train station options in Barcelona. We will most likely be staying the the city centre and wondering which train station is easiest/cheapest for us to depart from. Also, the best/cheapest way to travel Valencia to Lagos is by training to Seville, then bus across to Lagos. Is that correct? Is it reasonably possible to travel Valencia to Lagos in one day or is that too time consuming/boring? I have looked up the Eva Travel site which shows the bus timetable, but it is very hard to read as its all in Spanish. Let me know what you think is our easiest option and cheapest!

Barcelona(*) will default to the stations available to you. When the schedules appear click on the train type left of page for the route. Is that correct?' - Without knowing what you want from 'best' I cannot answer :-) - an advance purchase train ticket will probably beat the bus fare, if cheap matters more - www.alsa.es for bus journeys, Valencia to Seville. On the EVA site, switch to English with the British flag, top of page. You should now be able to do the maths. for this one day attempt. 'Let me know what you think is our easiest option and cheapest!' - A request and not an instruction would have been nice! Does this cover all?
