I will be taking a flight from Rome to Barcelona International Airport then to Paris. Which airport in Paris should I fly into to....need to get to the Latin Quarters?

It doesn't much matter which airport you fly into. CDG is north of the city and Orly is south. At either airport you can take the AirFrance bus (you needn't be an AF passenger) and then either metro or taxi to your hotel. The websites for both airports will give you all the options. Have a look at Tomsguidetoparis.com for advice and also parisbytrain.com.
