Has anyone traveled from Barcelona to Ibiza and then from Ibiza to Valencia? The ferry schedules/flight schedules seem to be pretty expensive. The cheapest flight I could find was on Iberia for $100 total for 2 people from Barcelona-Ibiza and then from Ibiza to Valencia it was $281!
And the ferry for each way is $288 total for 2 people.
Any advice for finding something cheaper or it just an expensive trip? We would be traveling July 11 to Ibiza and then July 13 to Valencia. Thanks guys...
Check the Spanish discount airline, vueling, at vueling.com. I've flown with them several times, and find them excellent. They have four flights/day between Barcelona and Ibiza for as low as 20 Euro per person. They have one flight a day Ibiza/Valencia, for 30 to 40 Euro per person, depending on which day you travel. The farther ahead you book, the cheaper the fare.
You might want to try www.iberostar.es they offer packaged deals that include flights and hotels that might be less expensive than booking your own flight. Last year we paid 400 euros for a package that included.
