My wife and I purchased non printable tickets online, they had to send them to us.
The question I have is how can they be exchanged or refunded. I've tried to e-mail them to no avail. Any thougts wouldbe helpful.

You have to mail the tickets back to Germany with a form that is accessible on Bahn.de. I'll try to find it for you.
