I have rail-pass baggage transfer from Miami to Wengen, Switzerland. How to I get my baggage transfered from Wengen to Miami?

Swiss Rail offers this service: http://tinyurl.com/7xb7bnd But it's only available if you're flying on Lufthansa or Swiss. Going to Switzerland you place special tags on your checked baggage. When those tags are spotted at Zurich, Basel, or Geneva airports, airport personal intercept the bags and hand it over to Swiss Rail for it's trip to your final destination. It doesn't matter which airline you are using as they have no involvement in it.
