Bag Storage at Civitavecchia ?? and Rome ??

Does anyone know if bags can be stored at the Civitavecchia Cruise ship terminal ?? If so .. cost ? and is one able to leave bags for 2-3 days ??, etc. We are flying to Rome and want to tour Rome and Tuscany before boarding our cruise ship. We are looking for a place to store most of our bags in Rome (or Civitavecchia) for 2-3 days. Thanks. Nelson
