Let's see, its COVID time and tge government is making it near impossible for a business to operate, and as a result customer service is in the tank, so we will fine them fir not operating at a pre COVID level? That after the airline gave away millions thatvthey were not required to give away? Sounds reasonable.

Nick, when the dollars are reported, but not the percentage then I skip over and move on. Cause you don't know if the 1 billion this year could be a 2 billion loss with a 5% change in the market. They still have to recover the 11 billion loss or BA will cease being am option for flights and supply and demand will increase the cost of all the other carriers. My opinion? No idea. More research than I care to do right now to have an informed opinion.
