Can anyone recommend the best auto rental company to use in Nice France

I drive my own car to Provence and Monaco. I don't drive in Nice, and I would never attempt parking in Nice. If you are renting in Nice I hope it is so you can immediately leave town. I don't know any particular agency, just wanted to share my advice. If you look at the cars parked in Nice, and the cars on the road, you'll see what I mean.

I recommend Auto Europe, a consolidator that finds you the best rate from among the car rental companies with which it has contracts. You can either book online or call their US toll-free number. The car I rented from them in Nice was provided by Europcar and I picked it up at the Nice Ville train station.

Did you purchase the Serenity Pack with zero liability and personal accident insurance or did you use the insurance provided by your credit card company? Thank you.
