Anyone know how to contact Auto Europe? We used them two weeks ago and didn't receive a credit we told we were going to get. Now trying to contact them is impossible - there's no number. Any ideas???

For what it's worth, I've always found the customer service reps from Auto Europe to be very knowledgeable and courteous. You will most likely have good luck resolving your rental issue.

Hi Erin,
For future reference, I usually book Auto Europe through Gemut.com. Andy, the person in charge of auto rentals, is great and will advocate for you if you have a problem. Also, the rates he offers are often less than what is offered by directly contacting AutoEurope. Hope you get your problem resolved.

If you used a credit card don't pay for the rental until the problem is resolved. When the statement arrives contact the card company and explain the error. They should be able to resolve it.
