austrian rail website question

i am looking to save on the route from vienna to salzburg (leaving april 4th in the morning). on the website one of the ticket classes is as follows: 1-PLUS-Freizeit-Ticket für die 2.Klasse --what does this mean. ( i already put it into translation software and it doesn't make any sense to me.) thanks for the help if you can help my wife and i save some money! :?)

Brian, this is just the translation of it: 1+ Leisure ticket for the 2nd class. I assume it's restricted to times outside of the average business travelers prefered travel times...

If you're willing to take a series of regional trains rather than an express train, thus making the trip much longer, you can buy an Einfach-Raus-Ticket. 2-5 people travel all day on one ticket for 28€. See here: http://tinyurl.com/34rfm4.

For timetables go to www.bahn.de. Enter Wien as your starting point and Salzburg as your arrival point. On the drop-down menu to the right of the "Means of Transport" heading choose "only local transport." After you get summary timetables, click on "Details for all" to see the connecting points.
