We will be taking the train from Amsterdam to Arnhem in the morning to spend the day at the Open Air Museum. Later that evening, we will take the City Night Line from Arnhem to Munich. Does anyone know if the Arnhem train station has facilities for storing bags? Either a bag check or lockers would work. There are four of us, so I know we may need one locker each even though our bags are carry on size.

I've never been to the Arnhem train station, but, I've yet to come across a major station in Holland that didn't have lockers. There is a good chance Arnhem does have them.
The Arnhem train station does have lockers. You will really like the Open Air Museum there.
If you have time Kevin, think about hopping the bus (15 mins+/-) to the Airborne museum/cemetery (2 sites) just outside Arnhem ('The Bridge Too Far' fiasco). The Museum's very compact, very well done, and the building where it's housed was a HQ for the attacking Allied forces. Sadly, a HQ all too briefly before the Allies were overrun with many casualties.
