Is it easy/obvious to find a taxi stand with mini-van taxis at ORLY? Are the prices set or "negotiable"? What should I plan to pay for 6 people (one small carry-on per person) from ORLY to the 12eme (an apartment)?
We will not be taking metro or shuttles. We either want to take a taxi - if these are readily avaialable - or reserve a car service.

The fare is neither set nor negotiable. The meter will be running so the actual fare will depend on travel time (distance + traffic conditions). The Aeroports de Paris site estimates a fare of 35€ to central Paris.
There will be a fee for carrying more than three passengers. There is also a small fee for each bag weighing more than five kilos.
Since I've read reports that minivan taxis are readily available at CDG, I PRESUME that the same is true at Orly.
