I am trying to fill out the forms on the condor.com website and it says I don't have to give an address for my first night there but the form will not let me move forward. Does anyone know if the address of your first destination is required when you live permanently in the US? Is there a way to do a paper form? The airline will charge me a fee if I don't fill it out in time, I do have time but it is annoying that their system is not letting me do it.

have you tried asking their customer service? After all, the information is not for them but for the government

You could make a cancellable reservation and use that info for your form. Maybe you will keep the reservation or maybe you will end up cancelling it later.
