Heading to Normandy this summer and wonder if anyone has use EUROPE BY CAR and could recommend them to me. I did about 8 years ago, no problems, good price.
I leased a car from Europe by Car in 2001 and 2003. It was wonderful. All insurances were included and the car was brand new. I have never rented from them, so I can't comment on that.

I suggest you get competitive rates on your auto rental. Europebycar may be cheap, but there can be lower rates listed by others.
I always check 3 companies to see what the rates are.
I have used sixt.com with success. When I shopped for rates, they were lowest.
